Quality Support Assistant

Limelight Home Staging transforms unoccupied properties for sale into well designed homes that appeal to a wide range of home buyers. This position, the Quality Support Assistant, is a part time paid position working to help designers implement the stage with excellence. The schedule for this position varies but usually falls within Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. There will be a reduction in hours during the low season (fall and winter).

There will be a 3 month probationary period. Work performance, experience and job history will be taken into consideration for starting pay and for pay increases.

Job Detail

Work with the owner and lead designer of Limelight Home Staging, Staging Assistant/Designer and Movers to implement stages and to de-stage properties that have sold. The Quality Support Assistant helps to implement the designer’s staging plan and makes sure that the implementation meets the quality standards of Limelight Home Staging. The Quality Support Assistant follows a design plan which outlines the placement of the furniture, helps hang artwork, makes beds, unpacks and sets out accessories, and ensures that everything is ready for show, including cleaning glass, steaming bedding and towels, dusting accessories, etc. The quality Support Assistant will also help to prepare properties that are ready for de-staging. A de-stage consists of preparing and packing the de-staging supplies at the warehouse and heading over to the property to prepare all the items for pick-up. The quality support assistant will follow detailed instructions on how to prepare the items in the property for pick-up as well as returning the property to its original condition prior to staging. De-staging includes removing nails from the walls, light property clean-up including vacuuming, wrapping furniture, wrapping accessories and having every item ready for pick-up prior to the arrival of the movers. This position involves some lifting. The qualified candidate must be able to lift 40 pounds. The ideal candidate does not have a back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, foot, wrist, hand or other injury that would interfere with manual labor.

  • Have a smartphone with adequate battery life for texting, navigation, and taking pictures of the stage.
  • Have either a phone mount or a navigational device in their personal vehicle that allows for hands free navigation to properties.
